S4H Shipping policy is governed by basic principles of equality and transparency The Policy is covers all aspects of shipping including Delivery charges, How does shipping system at S4H works, What are key aspects/issues which buyers normally encounter .The policy is presented below in FAQ format for easy understanding.
We ship all over India and try to get the best rates for our customers. Orders placed Monday through Saturday IST will be processed on the same or following business day and will be shipped within two business days of order placement if the product(s) is (are) in inventory in our warehouse. If you want to inquire about the delivery time of a product, do not hesitate to contact us prior to placing your order. Our shipping charges varies as per the order value and delivery location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 1.What are the delivery charges?
- Delivery charges are the charges levied for delivering your product at your doorstep. The Shipping charges may vary depending the your city of delivery. The delivery charges may be waived off as well and will be indicated at the product level .
2.How Does Shipping work at S4H
- S4H has tied up with several service providers (courier companies) and they have different coverage areas. Before your order is placed please do check about the city of your choice before placing the order.
3.Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
- It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your order was placed and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is also factored in to the delivery dates.
4.What is the estimated delivery time?
We normally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product & Checkout page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- The product availability
- The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
5.What is Stock verification button under each product?
- Stock verification is a process being introduced as at times due to heavy rush some items go out of stock during the ordering process hence this button has been introduced so that a customer does pay for an out of stock item. Please do use the button to ensure that you pay for items in stock.
6.Will my Shipping expenses be refunded in case NO shipment happens due to non availability of books?
- Yes Full Refund of Shipping expenses will be refunded in case there is no shipment of the order of at all.
7.Will my Shipping expenses be refund in case PARTIAL shipment happens due to non-availability of some of the books?
- In case of PARTIAL l shipment of the order is done then Shipping expenses will NOT be refunded BUT the product cost will be fully refunded. This is being done as shipping expenses are not calculated on a pro rata basis by courier company hence no part shipping expenses can be refunded.

- Yes S4H deliver items internationally.
